Your Data Stays With You
- Health data you extract stays on your device or your local network.
- We do not collect, store, or transmit your health information.
- We do not have access to your patient portal credentials.
- We do not sell or share any user data.
On-Device AI
- When using on-device mode, AI inference runs entirely on your iPhone.
- No health data or AI inference is sent to any cloud service.
- No API keys, no subscriptions, no third-party AI services.
Lab Connection (Optional)
- Lab AI is not available in the current TestFlight beta release.
- When connected to Chief Health AI Lab on your computer, data travels over your local network only.
- The Lab runs on your own hardware using open-source AI models.
- No data is sent to Chief Health AI or any external server.
Feedback
- If you submit feedback via the in-app form, you voluntarily provide that information to help improve the product.
- Feedback does not include your health data unless you choose to include it.
Website Visitors
- If you contact us via email or request a scoping call, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, organization, and message content).
- This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and explore potential engagement.
- We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.
